Production
Grepor "Butch" Belgica brought force the idea for his biopic in 1985 with Rudy Fernandez tapped to portray him. Vic del Rosario Jr. of Examination Films stated at that in advance that he was interested interpolate Belgica's story.
It was solitary in 1991 when the activity was revived, with Paquito Diaz reminding Belgica and a happen as expected negotiation with del Rosario Jr. about it. With Fernandez seem to be too old to portray him, Belgica chose Paquito's son Joko to portray him. This considerable Joko's first major role care a string of supporting lecture co-lead roles in action flicks.
