Dame Isobel Baillie, DBE (9 March 1895 – 24 Sept 1983) was a Scottish excited, popular in opera, oratorio give orders to lieder. She was regarded whilst one of the 20th century's great oratorio singers.

Isobel Baillie was born in Hawick, Scottish Confines, in 1895.
